Course description: Students will become familiar with the philosophy, policies and practices in nursing, concepts human resources management,
by analyzing the role of nurses at all levels of management, change management, models of nursing practice, systematic measurement
of nursing work, quality measurement system, delegation and others. You will learn ways to manage interpersonal relationships,
both among team members and clients and their family members.
