Course description: The concept of risk in healthcare, a mirror image risk- quality health services; quality with its main components (the result, customer satisfaction, cost), security with the basic components (event, trend) with the measurement methods of risk present in the healing process, measures to control risk factors. The main types of risks (medical, legal, risk and cost) Definition of risk (mathematical and statistical) risk in health care, concept and definition of safety, quality - Definition, measurement and evaluation of quality basic tools to measure the quality - signal and trend analysis , sentinel event, root cause analisys, Measurement of outcomes of health care as the basis of risk assessment, risk in health care - classification and control, legal risk -Health systems in the legal environment, cost risk - the methods of cost control Medđunarodni quality systems for risk control, Informatics the management of risks to health, the International Association of on-line education, experience and standards of the EU.
