Course description: Through the teaching of this course, students will acquire basic and advanced knowledge on the concept of quality in health
care, or a mirror image rizika- quality health usluge.Biti be understood basic concepts like quality with its main components
(Result, satisfaction, cost) International Quality System; basic tools to measure the quality? signal and trend analysis,
sentinel event, root cause analisys; informatics system for monitoring the quality of health care, international organizations
and on-line education, experience and standards of the EU.
