Lecturers:
Course description: Participants will learn what is stress, the difference between stress and distress, mechanisms and processes that stress occurs, the type of stress and stress reactions, on the relationship between personality and stress on the impact of stress on health and behavior. In addition to general medical knowledge of stress, particular emphasis will be on the relative stress and work, and stress management (management), as well as measures of successful stress management and protection of distress.
