Lecturers:
Course description: Health policy with the basics of economics; basics of health insurance, the importance of
assessments and regulations to promote public health, hospital integration, costeffectiveness
analyzes the implications of the growth of the suppliers of health care and reform
health system.
Financial planning and management / monitoring ii reporting on financial performance;
organizations, forecasting and planning of these effects on future operating periods.
The role of hospitals, doctors, nurses, different systems of organizing and financing
(as a traditional cost-of-service health insurance system, the national
Health Service), goals and solutions and organizational type, inherited organizational
forms, the performance of operating units, understanding why the performance of such, shaping
new or improving existing operational procedures with competitive advantages,
create short-term and long-term decisions that affect the implementation. Participants will learn
character analysis, types of processes, productive analysis, development and use of qualitative
standards, and the role of operational strategies in corporate strategy.
