Course description: The relationship between finance and accounting, shareholders and directors, financial decisions, financing, investment, separation, definition and calculation conventions, problems with the use of accounting information in decision-making, proportional analysis, the application of accounting proportions in predicting financial errors, cost accounting and management of control concepts and their use in the organization of health services. Pure profit, rate of return, payback period, accounting rate of return, cash and revenue accounting, inventories, inflation, capital investments, types of identification, approach, implementation and review of investment projects, investment and strategic planning, the use of probability, expected value, attitude towards risk and expected value, the expected value/variable criteria.

Common or just equity, preferred shares, loans, guarantees, loans, leasing, grants of public funds, a conclusion to the long-term financing, the cost of capital investment and discount policies, working capital and liquidity, various forms of trafficking, timely investment, cash debtors, creditors.
