Course description: Course objective: To introduce a student with the histological structure of tissues and organs of the human body, preparation
and processing of samples using various histological methods and application of a particular type of microscope in their analysis. Introduction
to histology, tissue preparation for microscopic analysis, methods in histology (histochemistry, immunohistochemistry,
in situ hybridization, electron microscopy, autoradiography) Cell, tissue types (epithelial, connective, muscular, nervous) Bloodstream
system (arteries and veins), heart Immune system (lymph node, thymus, spleen) The respiratory system (nose, lung,
lung) Implant system (laryngeal cavity, salivary glands, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, pancreas, liver) Urinary
system (kidney, ureter, urinary bladder) Male sexual system (testis and prostate), female sexual system (vagina, ovary
