Course description: Preparation of samples of biological material. Analysis of urine in health and disease: morphological examination of
urine sediment, quantitative analysis of non-protein nitrogen compounds in the urine, quantitative analysis of protein
in the urine, glucose and ketones in urine osmolality. Analysis non-protein nitrogen compounds in serum: creatinine,
uric acid, creatinine clearance. Analysis of the primary enzyme important in the diagnosis of AF, GGT, LDH, CK, AST,
ALT, Amylase. Bilirubin. Fe and UIBC. Total protein electrophoresis and proteina.Biokemijski analyzers? calibration,
control, applications. Immunochemistry analyzers- types, classification, treatment of the instrument. Acid-base
analyzer system- procedure patterned, performance analysis, interpretation findings. A flow cytometer- principles, the
analysis of the sample, interpretation. Laser Nephelometer- procedure patterned, performance analysis, interpretation
