Course description: Lectures: Case study of human genetics, structure and function of genetic material,
structure of chromatin, the structure of chromosomes metafaznog human dynamics of genetic material
during the cell cycle, the variability of the human genome, chromosome aberrations, laws
the process of inheritance, types of inheritance, the application of genetics in certain areas
medicine, laboratory analysis methods.
Exercises include familiarization with the method of cell culture and processing of samples for analysis,
prepared culture media, cell processing, preparation and staining of slides, microscopic
test preparation.
