Course description: The procedure for isolating biological material for special tests. Specific analysis of hemoglobin A, F, and pathological Hb. Iron-containing proteins: ferrite, transferin, transferin receptors, assay methods and estimates. Acute Phase Proteins: Positive and Negative. Alpha-1-antitrypsin: deficiency, phenotype determination, clinical relevance. Recommended Algorithm and Search for Diagnosis and Monitoring of Myocardial Infarction. Biologically important electrolytes and regulation of concentrations in cells and plasmas. Trace elements: metabolism, regulation, analysis, and significance in clinical practice. Acid-balance control: parameters to be measured, measurement principles, sample quality. Proteins in the urine. Algorithm Analysis in Diagnosis of Kidney Disease. Hormones: division, regulation, analytical material, hormone analysis using recommended methods. Vitamins: Division, Biological Significance, Stability in Biological Material, Standard Methods. Notes on bone metabolism. Notes on tumor growth: division, methods, analytical assessment. Analyzes in cerebrospinal fluid, from process to material to analysis. Analytical procedures in the diagnosis of hereditary metabolic diseases. Guidelines for Clinical-Laboratory Diagnosis Development at the Beginning of the Millennium.

Mioglobin, troponin. Immunoglobulins A, G, M. Fibrinogen. Analysis of serum hormones, urine. Probing on metabolic diseases. ABS. PSA and 15-3, CA 125. Protocols and Rules of Procedure. Maintenance of specific equipment according to good laboratory practice and quality standards.
