of dealing with some clinical material; manufacture of rapid tests detection of certain bacteria (eg. CSF-causes meningitis),
viral (e. RSV, rotary), parasita, yeasts and molds. Creating, observations and interpretations sensitivity of bacteria
antibiotic (eg. detection of ESBL strains twin disc); introduction to process monitoring and control of nosocomial
infections; biological control of sterilization; processing method supervisory culture. Students will participate
in microbial processing of biological samples. They will take part in sampling of biological material, prepare materials
for the transportation, receive referrals and biological samples and process the received samples. During the practical
training will rotate through different departments and meet with microbiological processing of urine, stool, different
swab, blood, cerebrospinal fluid and other samples. You will, under supervision, participate in the serological laboratory
and see preparation and processing of samples in the laboratory of Molecular Microbiology. Place of: microbiological
laboratories in university hospitals.
