Course description: Disinfection or decontamination: History; The goal of disinfection is to prevent and combat infectious diseases. Due
to insufficient disinfection may cause harmful effects microorganisms that can cause food spoilage and disease in humans
(poisoning food, nosocomial infections and the like.) Methods of disinfection procedures: mechanical, physical and chemical
methods; Testing disinfectants in use; HAND WASH: Hygiene antiseptic hand washing, washing and surgical hand disinfection;
hand sanitizers and leather items and work surfaces. Core incident. STERILIZATION history; procedures application,
practical implementation; Daily and periodical control of sterilization.
