Course description: Work Organization and Equipment microbiology lab for testing resistance
antibiotic, in vitro testing and induction of bacterial resistance to antibiotics,
application of population analysis, basics of population genetics, molecular detection techniques
bacterial resistance to antibiotics.
Exercises: mastering techniques for determining the minimum inhibitory concentration dilution in
agar, mastering the techniques of induction of Helicobacter pylori resistance to macrolides,
mastering the techniques of inducing resistance Staphylococcus aureus to glycopeptides,
mastering the techniques of population analysis, mastering techniques of isolation of nucleic acids,
mastering the basics of population genetics, mastering the basics of molecular techniques
Detection of antibiotic resistance.
