Course description: Spatial organization of the in vitro cell culture laboratory, operation under sterile conditions and use and maintenance of appropriate laboratory equipment, cell bases in vitro, preparation of cell suspensions from various tissue sources, isolation techniques of individual cell populations, basic biological terms related to different types of stem cells , basal concepts related to cellular therapy, baseline baseline cellular baseline and its clinical application, basis of the mesenchymal stem cell and its clinical application, the importance of functional tests in clinical use of cells cultured in vitro.
