Course description: The interaction of pollution and microorganisms, the effect of pollution on the microorganisms
microbial transformation of pollution, biodegradation. The effects of pollution on plankton,
effects of oil heavy metals, pesticides and UV radiation on phytoplankton and zooplankton. Effects of industrial,
household, transport and agricultural pollution on terrestrial and aquatic plants, lethal
and sub-lethal effects, effects on the fine, the effects of biomass. Effects on animals,
persistence, food chains, measures sensitivity. Effects on benthic ecosystems, absorption
toxic substances, the impact on behavior, genotoxic risk of organisms in the sea, effects
pollution on ozone sheath, microbial ecology, autobioanalizator toxicity,
effect on reproductive processes.
