Dear student,

In order to apply for Erasmus mobility period at the University of Applied Health Sciences in Zagreb your home institution must have a valid bilateral or cooperation agreement with our University and it must send a Nomination letter to erasmus@zvu.hr. The Nomination letter needs to include the following information:

name and Erasmus code of the sending institution,
student’s full name,
e-mail address,
semester of planned mobility (dates),
study field,
level of studies at the moment of mobility.

After being nominated you need to send the Application Form with all the relevant documents to the University of Applied Health Sciences Erasmus Office.

Deadlines for Erasmus exchange:

NOMINATIONS	APPLICATIONS
1st May – winter semester and full year	1 June – winter semester and full year
15th October – spring semester	15th November – spring semester

Application procedure

Once your home institution has nominated you to participate in Erasmus mobility, you should complete the Erasmus application, which consists of the following:

Application Form
Online Learning Agreement for studies or Online Learning Agreement for traineeships (OLA) – approved by your departmental coordinator
Transcript of Records from your home University (signed and stamped by responsible person)
Copy of valid Passport / ID card
CV in Europass format (in English)
Confirmation of your current language level – this confirmation can be issued by your home university or it can be language school certificate (Please note that recommended level is B1)
Accommodation request form (if you wish to be placed in a student dormitory) – University of Applied Health Sciences does not guarantee placement, it depends on the availability of rooms in the dormitory.
